I’m Jay, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their health, fitness and nutrition goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall health, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way. I pride myself on supporting you to build confidence and belief in your training. I specialise in weight training for fat loss and muscular gain, cardiovascular training for fitness and sports performance and boxing.

I believe in personalized training that takes into account your individual needs, fitness level, and preferences. You deserve training that builds your confidence and delivers personalized results that fit your unique needs and goals. That's what I offer at Casla Personal Training. I don't offer generic programs – I create bespoke, tailored and customized plans designed to get you the results you want. about me

I have a very specific way of working that helps my clients reach their goals, with an expertise in building confidence on the gym floor that carries through into life. My teaching is informed by my practice and lifelong dedication to my own fitness. I passionately believe that my physical health is the foundation to my mental wellbeing.

I use online programs via my app both in the gym and online to get incredible results, quickly. My clients in the gym train with me once a week and take the knowledge they’ve learnt to follow my tailored, informative programs that encourage consistency.

This is what I’m passionate about; giving people a clear framework that reliably motivates them to make progress in their fitness journey.
