Online Community Group
As part of the monthly packages, you’ll be welcomed into our thriving online community What’sApp group.
We’re an engaged group of almost forty members with daily interaction about goals, nutrition and general chats to encourage and motivate each other. I check in there regularly and clients really value this community aspect.

Monthly Check Ins
Every month I hold an online group call to connect with the online community, answer questions and cover various aspects of training. This is a useful space to meet other members of the group, review your goals and ask questions.

Group Shout Outs
I end every month in the online group with a celebration of individual achievements, welcoming in new members, setting group goals for the month ahead and sharing news.

Monthly Challenges
Every month there is an optional and friendly group challenge to add variety and motivation. This year challenges have included a mini iron man, boxing drills and Macro March.
Become part of a community
The unique community we’ve built inside (and outside) the gym enables people to help encourage each other and train together, both in person and online.
